What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)? +
Our standard MOQ is 100 pieces per colorway. For certain seamless products or complex customization, MOQ may start at 200 pieces. Sample-only orders (1–5 pieces) are available for testing and approval before committing to bulk.
How long does sample production take? +
Standard samples are ready in 7–10 business days after design confirmation. Complex styles, special fabrics, or seamless styles may require 10–14 days. Multiple revision rounds are included at no extra charge.
What is the bulk production lead time? +
Bulk production is typically 20–35 business days after sample approval, depending on order quantity and complexity. Rush orders may be available — contact us to discuss your timeline.
Can you match custom colors and prints? +
Yes. We support Pantone-matched solids, all-over sublimation printing, screen printing, tie-dye, ombre, camo, and custom patterns. Please share your Pantone codes or design files when contacting us for the most accurate quote.
Do you ship internationally? +
Yes — we ship to 50+ countries via DHL, FedEx, UPS, air freight, and sea freight (FCL/LCL). We handle all export documentation, packing lists, commercial invoices, and certificates of origin.
What branding options are available? +
Full private label options include: woven labels, heat-transfer logos, 3D silicone printing, embroidery, screen printing, hang tags, polybags, and custom retail packaging. We can replicate your existing brand assets or help you design new ones.
